Broodmother pills give an extreme boost to fertility and virility for 24 hours, greatly increasing the chance of [[Pregnancy]]. All litters conceived by the character (either as mother or as father) are doubled in size. Taking this pill temporarily disables [[Menopause]], allowing characters that would normally be too old to bear offspring to conceive.

The status effect from this item stacks with the [[Breeder Pill|breeder pill]], but is removed by the [[sterility pill]].

They are sold by general stores such as [[Ralph]]'s store in the [[Shopping Arcade]] and [[Ceridwen]]'s store in [[Wall's End]] in [[Elis]]. Randomly generated muggers may spawn with these pills in their inventory if they have the pregnancy or impregnation fetishes.
