Exhibitionist - This fetish relates to a person's desire for showing off their body and having others watch them having sex.
Normally when a character is nude or has their nipples/genitals exposed (and don't have a body shape or species that ignores exposure), they have an "Exposed" status effect that slighly increases lust damage, but decreases critical damage (depending on what parts are exposed). The Exhibitionist fetish turns this into a sizable lust damage bonus instead with no downside.
Voyeurist - This fetish relates to a person's desire for watching others having sex.
Increases the arousal gain by watching, but not directly participating in, a sex scene. Normally this arousal gain is very slow, taking dozens of turns to reach a high level. This fetish brings this to slightly less than participating directly.
Incest
Incest - This fetish relates to a person's desire for having sex with their relatives.
This fetish is hidden if Incest content is disabled.
Kinks
Kink Advocate - This fetish relates to a person's desire for transforming others.
This fetish does not appear to have any special effects for the player. The chance of characters generating with this fetish is determined by "Forced Fetishes" option in Content Options>Gameplay, and causes those characters to try and feed the player Mystery Kink or fetish endowment potions (which spawn in their inventories).
Kink Curious - This fetish relates to a person's desire for gaining new fetishes.
This fetish removes the Corruption gain that would normally occur when a character obtains a new fetish, or when performing sex actions relating to kinks they don't have.
Masturbation
Masturbation - This fetish relates to a person's desire for masturbating.
Non-con
Non-consent - This fetish relates to a person's desire for raping others.
Unwilling Fuck-toy - This fetish relates to a person's desire for being raped by others.
These fetishes are hidden if Non-Con content is disabled.
Pregnancy
Impregnation - This fetish relates to a person's desire for impregnating other people.
Pregnancy - This fetish relates to a person's desire for being pregnant.
These two fetishes grant +5 virility and fertility respectively.
Characters with both Impregnation & Pregnancy automatically get the Breeder fetish.
Breeder - This fetish relates to a person's desire for both being pregnant and impregnating others.
The Breeder fetish also grants a large +25 to both virility and fertility.
Size Queen
Size Queen - This fetish relates to a person's desire for having their partners as well-hung as possible.
This fetish is hidden if Penetration limits are disabled.
Transformation
Transformer - This fetish relates to a person's desire for transforming others.
Having this fetish halves the essence cost of making potions. The chance of characters generating with this fetish is determined by "Forced TF" option in Content Options>Gameplay, and causes those characters to try and feed the player transformative potions (which spawn in their inventories).
Test Subject - This fetish relates to a person's desire to be transformed by others.
Having this fetish causes all potion's transformative effects to be twice as strong. However, it also disables spitting out potions forced on the character (subject to gameplay preferences).
Virginity
Deflowering - This fetish relates to a person's desire to take others' virginities.
Characters with the Deflowering fetish will gain XP when taking the virginity of another character, equal to the level of the deflowering character. This triggers when taking the virginity of any orifice, as well as the virginity of a character's penis.
Vaginal Virginity - This fetish relates to a person's desire for retaining and prizing their vaginal virginity.
This fetish has additional availability requirements, the character requires a vagina and their vaginal virginity. This restriction only applies when attempting to add this fetish.
While a character has the Virginity fetish and has a vagina, they gain variations of the "Pure Virgin"/"Broken Virgin" status effect, depending on whether they are still a virgin and whether they have a hymen:

Characters with Vaginal virginity, Oral performer, Breasts (fetish) & Buttslut (if Anal is enabled) automatically get the Lusty Maiden fetish.
Lusty Maiden - This fetish relates to a person's desire for retaining their vaginal virginity while using their ass, breasts, or mouth to get their partners to climax.
Like for the Virginity, the Lusty Maiden fetish gives an additional status effect depending on whether the character is a vaginal virgin and if they have an intact hymen:
