The Hypno-Watch is a key item obtained from Arthur after picking it up for him in the Arthur's Experiment questline.

Enchanting it with one of its unique effects allows it to be used to change a character's sexual orientation (to gynephilic, ambiphilic or androphilic) or to add or remove certain speech traits (lisp, stutter, or slovenly).
