All characters can have preferences for sexual activities, as determined by their Fetishes & Desires.

Characters have a Desire levels towards each fetish, increasing from (left to right in the image) Hate, Dislike, Neutral, Like and Love. These mostly influence how likely a character will pick associated sex actions, and how much arousal they gain by performing those actions.
Additionally, they can have a fetish trait, which locks their desire for that fetish to "Love". Cross Dressing - This fetish relates to a person's desire for wearing clothes that are either too feminine or too masculine for them.

Characters with both Impregnation & Pregnancy automatically get the Breeder fetish.
Breeder - This fetish relates to a person's desire for both being pregnant and impregnating others.
Size Queen
Size Queen - This fetish relates to a person's desire for having their partners as well-hung as possible.
This fetish is hidden if Penetration limits are disabled.
Transformation
Transformer - This fetish relates to a person's desire for transforming others.
Test Subject - This fetish relates to a person's desire to be transformed by others.
Virginity
Deflowering - This fetish relates to a person's desire to take others' virginities.
Vaginal Virginity - This fetish relates to a person's desire for retaining and prizing their vaginal virginity.
This fetish has additional availability requirements, the character requires a vagina and their vaginal virginity.
Characters with Vaginal virginity, Oral performer, Breasts (fetish) & Buttslut (if Anal is enabled) automatically get the Lusty Maiden fetish.
Lusty Maiden - This fetish relates to a person's desire for retaining their vaginal virginity while using their ass, breasts, or mouth to get their partners to climax.
