Reindeer Migrations

Reindeer-morphs are one of the rarer anthropomorphic races found in this world, and are almost exclusively found in the snowy tundra area far from Dominion. A large pair of multiple-branching antlers are usually enough to identify a reindeer-morph, the rounded shape of which is noticeably different from the sharper antlers of the more common deer-morphs.

Reindeer-morphs are, for most of the year, an extremely rare sight to see outside of their traditional tundra homeland. During the winter months, however, large groups of reindeer-morphs travel to Dominion, where they work to keep the streets shovelled clear of snow. These reindeer work-gangs usually operate under a dominant male or female reindeer-morph, although on occasion some groups can be found to be working for an overseer of a different race. Reindeer-morphs, like all non-demonic races, get heavily affected by arcane storms. Being exposed to arcane thunder will make reindeer-boys enter a potent rut, which, when combined with their strength and stamina, makes them very dangerous to meet in the middle of an arcane storm. Reindeer-girls will react to arcane thunder by going into heat, and will force themselves on anyone they might come across. A reindeer-morph's offspring will be a mixture of reindeer-morphs and offspring of their partner's race.
