ShadyDealer
Description
The shady dealer is someone you can meet in the back alleys of Dominion. They sell some (illegal) goods (at a considerable markup) and will also buy illegal goods. You can only meet them once a day at most and not while an arcane storm is happening. They don't like onlookers, so there can be no other characters present if you want to meet them. And their relation with the Enforcers is questionable, so if you look like one they won't show themselves. They will always sell Enforcers batons as well as handcuffs. There is a chance they will sell other equipment, mostly (Enforcer) weapons (tasers, pistols, revolvers, riot shields or rifles) but also mushrooms and biojuice canisters.
Appearance
Overview
The shady dealer is a tomboy lesser alicorn-girl. Due to her androgynous appearance and tiny breasts, everyone assumes that she's a tomboy. Standing at full height, she measures 1,75 metres. She appears to be in her mid-twenties.
Face
She has an androgynous, human face, covered in rosy, smooth skin. She has a head of short, light blue, light pink-highlighted, horse-like hair, which has been styled into a bob cut. A solitary long, white, unicorn's horn grows out of the middle of her forehead. She has a pair of horse-like eyes, the irises and pupils of which are larger than a regular human's. They have round, hazel irises, round, black pupils, and white sclerae. She has a pair of upright, horse-like ears, which are positioned high up on her head and are covered in light blue, short hair, with light pink highlights.
Mouth
She has plump, rosy lips. Her throat is fleshy-pink in colour. Her mouth holds a normal-sized, fleshy-pink tongue.
Torso
Her torso has an androgynous appearance, and is covered in rosy, smooth skin. She has a slender, toned body, giving her a spry body shape.
Chest
She has one pair of tiny tits, which fit comfortably into an A-cup bra.
Arms
She has a pair of normal human arms and hands, which are covered in rosy, smooth skin. Her arms are slim, and are androgynous in appearance.
Legs
Her legs are covered in light blue, short hair, with light pink highlights, and her feet are formed into anthropomorphic horse-like hoofs. Her legs and hoofs are unguligrade, meaning that she naturally walks on her hoofs. Her legs are slim, and look quite androgynous.
Wings
Growing from her shoulder-blades, she has a pair of large, feathered wings, which are covered in white, smooth feathers, with light pink highlights. They are large and powerful enough to allow her to fly!
Tail
Growing out from just above her ass, she has a light blue, light pink-highlighted, horse tail, which she can swipe from side to side, but other than that, she doesn't have much control over it. Her horse tail is of an average volume in proportion to the rest of her body. It measures 43 centimetres in length and, at the base, it measures 14 centimetres in diameter (44 centimetres in circumference). It does not taper off from the base, and is a constant diameter all the way to the end. It is not suitable for penetrating orifices.
Ass
Her womanly hips and round butt are covered in rosy, smooth skin.
Equipment
A black woman's leather jacket, black combat shirt, and a grey urban splinter camo Enforcers tactical trousers, a black sports bra and black boyshorts. They have a ring of power that adds +10 Arcane and +10 Physique. They also have a black heart necklace, black feminine watch, a silver anklet and a black gemstone barbell navel piercing. They wield a burning opaque demonstone.
