With the society in LT being heavily preoccupied with sex, the medicines available in the game affect the mechanics of Pregnancy resulting from the constant fucking. Each of them give a corresponding status effect for 24 hours. The Breeder and Broodmother pills stack together, but are mutually exclusive with the Sterility pill.

• Breeder Pills give +50 fertility and virility for 24 hours, and disables menopause during the effect duration.
• Broodmother Pills give +100 fertility and virility for 24 hours, and doubles the sizes of litters conceived while under the effect.
• Sterility Pills give -100 fertility and virility for 24 hours. In most cases, this is enough to completely prevent Pregnancy for the duration.
